Does a sales offer or request reserve a unit?
No. A sales offer presents the unit and its terms. A hold request goes to the developer for approval; the unit’s status changes once the hold is approved.
What is included in the request allowance?
The allowance covers up to 2,000 requests from agents per project per month.
